The registration deadline is quickly approaching to be eligible to vote in the 2019 general election.
Registration must be completed by Monday, October 7 by 5 p.m.
The Madison County and Hinds County Circuit Clerk offices are regularly open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. but will have additional hours for voter registration and absentee voting.
Both offices will be open on Saturday, October 5 from 8 a.m. to noon ahead of the voter registration deadline.
Madison and Hinds County Circuit Clerk offices will open on Saturday, October 26 and Saturday, November 2 from 8 a.m. to noon for absentee voting.
The deadline to cast an absentee ballot is November 2 at noon. The general election will be November 5.
