Bird Island in Belize
The Emmerichs, Mosley and Weills just got back from an awesome vacation in Belize. Stayed on a tiny island 7 miles off the coast. Very friendly, beautiful country. The only English speaking country in Central America. Easy flight straight south from Houston. Highs in low 80s. Lows around 70. Perfect escape from the January cold.
