Getting excited.
My Jesus Trail hiking companion Northsider Jeff Weill came up with the brilliant idea of combining our lightweight backpacks into one piece of luggage thus saving baggage fees. The first leg of our 27-hour flight is about to begin: Jackson to Dallas to Helsinki, Finland to Tel Aviv, Israel. We have an eight hour layover in Helsinki and hope to drive into the city if Covid restrictions allow.
