Albert Lyle, World Champion!!!
Congratulations to my tennis buddy Albert Lyle who just won the tennis doubles World Championship for his age division, beating a former world champion King Van Nostrand. Albert plays King today for the singles world championship. The Florida tournament is sponsored by the International Tennis Federation. Albert and I have had a regular weekly singles match every Thursday at 4:30 at River Hills Tennis Club for over 20 years. He attributes his success to how hard it is to beat me!!!😜 Albert is in the Mississippi Tennis Hall of Fame and brought soccer to Mississippi decades ago.
