Great customer service = common sense!
We’ve had a little house maintenance done with both the best customer service and the worst! Does common sense ever come into play anymore? Look at the work and see that it is not done properly… and correct it! Getting in a hurry to get to the next job does not play well into “great customer service!” And, if the customer is not happy over a glaring mistake, one would think the company would bend over backwards to fix it! Not any more… and now, the standard seems to be to charge “extra” to fix the mistake! What!!
I know supplies and payrolls are at an all time high, however, fancy tv and radio advertising will not bring you the customers you think! The majority of contractors we have dealt with on these projects have been… word of mouth and referrals from friends! Imagine that!!
