Pick up your July issue of the Northside Sun! I spent lots of time on this article and I am so grateful for everyone who helped to make this come together!!! I especially enjoyed having lunch with Pat Ross as she took me down memory lane! Thank you Brent Johnston for providing the old photos and history info! You were a huge help! And thank you to everyone else who helped and agreed to be interviewed! I've written thousands of stories and have taken lots of photos throughout the years and it is still such a thrill to see it all come together in the final product! I am a graduate of JA so Sheffield was a part of life back then! Lots of my friends lived on that street and Halloween was the best! It was so fun to relive those days by writing this article!
