Nordstrom’s is consistently recognized for its outstanding customer service! I experienced this first-hand and will be a loyal customer, all because of my experience! While we don’t have an Nordstrom’s close by, I received a gift card from my company that I wanted to use at the Houston TX store during an upcoming trip! That location did no carry the brand I wanted…. Enter the Nordstrom, Nashville TN location!
Danielle was so helpful in getting my account open and processing the order for the item I wanted! And, it’s being shipped in two days, at no additional charge!! Danielle also gave me her direct number if I have questions! Who does this ?
