While having a Stay-cation right here in Mississippi, we love checking out local restaurants! Last night’s chef special was Walnut Encrusted Triggerfish! The walnuts did not overwhelm the fish! Perfection! Added bonus, we got to visit with a former colleague from Dave’s banking days! #treat
