Universal school choice

Fascinating seminar at River Hills Tennis Club yesterday by the Mississippi Public Policy Center on universal school choice. This is coming rapidly to the South. It's already law in Arkansas. The Louisiana House has passed it. I predict this is coming to Mississippi. It could transform Jackson and the Delta.

Arkansas gives approximately $8,000 to every family per child to spend towards education at any school they want to.
