Fresh!
It's fresh tomato tart time! After finding the easy tomato tart recipe, I've made it lots of times! While there are the die-hards that love the tomato pie with mayonnaise and cheese, I prefer this simple one with mozzarella, basil, and bacon bits and all the tomatoes on top! And, it's good hot or cold!!
