This time of the year is definitely soup time at my house. I make a quick or crock pot versions, and somedays, I like to spend all day chopping, mixing, and cooking a more involved concoction. Since everyone has their level of interest in cooking, I have tried to rank a few soups from easy to difficult in an attempt to get everyone cooking.
