Gluckstadt opposes Madison’s plans to expand northern border

Madison is seeking to annex four square miles of land north of its current border and recently approved an ordinance extending its northern border to the southern border of Gluckstadt – taking away any possibility of Gluckstadt growing south. Madison’s Mayor Mary Hawkins Butler said this has always been Madison’s plan for growth.

City approves new developments

Commercial Realtor Christi Greenlee with Commercial Real Estate is working with several projects being brought into the City of Gluckstadt.
The Platz has been approved by the city and will be a 19,400 square foot building filled with office space, retail and restaurants with construction beginning at the first of 2024.
