You᧙re confused because after God Himself caused the disconnection, that person᧙s life went up᧦..when you expected them to crash and burn after the absence of YOU in their life. Reality is, they᧙re just as much His child as you are᧦..the difference is, you᧙re bitter and they᧙re better. He wants to bless you TOO, but your heart posture says you᧙re not ready yet!

Forgiveness is always a pride issue᧦..whether you accept it or not. The prayer of the TRUE believer is ᧜God bless me, those connected to me, AND those disconnected from me!᧝

As a mental health provider, I’ve come to realize this truth:

Sometimes…it’s not anxiety.

It’s not depression.

It’s not trauma.

It’s not your mental health.

Sometimes, we’re facing the reality of OUR OWN DECISIONS

The weight you’re feeling might not be a diagnosis it might be discipline catching up to the lack of boundaries, lack of accountability, or lack of self-control.

Mental health is real, and so are the consequences of our choices. Healing requires honesty. Growth requires ownership.

LET’S STOP MISLABELING POOR DECISIONS AS MENTAL HEALTH STRUGGLES ‼️‼️

Let’s start doing the work to change the patterns not just the symptoms.
