Alaskan born, Dr. Kelsey A. Walsh has lived all over the United States as the daughter of a Lieutenant Colonel in the Army including Georgia, California, Iowa, Kansas, Florida, and Ohio. Her family ultimately settled near Charleston, S.C., where she attended college at Washington and Lee University in Lexington, Va.
