The Mississippi Chapter of the Chaine des Rotisseurs, led by Ralph Daniel, recently had their annual induction dinner at Rickhouse by Manship in Jackson. The chaine is the oldest food and wine society with roots dating back to 1248 in France. Since its recreation in 1950, it has become a worldwide organization.
